Connie T. Walker
Connie, 96, of Zanesville, Ohio, formerly from McDonald, died Tuesday, September 14, 2021.
She was born February 1, 1925, in Primrose, a daughter of the late Carmelo and Antoniette Carelli Tornabene.
Mrs. Walker was a member of the McDonald Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed walking with friends on the trail, and was a volunteer with the Panhandle & Montour Trail.
Surviving are her daughters, Margaret C. (Late Terrence E. Milani) Walker-Milani of Peters Twp., and Toni (Ray) Rotella of Zanesville; grandchildren, Meg Walker-Milani, Bill Walker-Milani, Raymond (Diana) Rotella, Tess (Scott) Rotella McLain; and her sister, Angie Taborski. Also surviving are 1 great-grandchild, Timothy McLain; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William D. Walker (1984); brother, Guy C. Tornabene; sisters, Charlotte Stewart and Lillian Stewart; brother-in-law, John N.T. Walker; and sister-in-law, Whimi Hyser.
Friends will be received 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in the Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc., 314 W. Lincoln Avenue, McDonald (724-926-2800) where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 21.
Interment will follow in Robinson Run Cemetery.
