Gladys M. Miller
Gladys M. Miller, 75, of Washington, died Thursday, September 16, 2021.
She was born May 28, 1946, in Charleroi, a daughter of James and Marjorie Carroll Sickles.
Gladys was Catholic, and was a member of the St. Oscar Romero Parish, where she attended St. Patrick Church.
Prior to her retirement, she worked in the medical field.
She loved animals, and in recent years, enjoyed working on puzzles.
Surviving are her brother-in-law, John Dellorso of Eighty Four; two stepsons; several stepgrandchildren; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Miller, who died August 15, 2003; a stepson; a child that died in infancy; her sisters, Laura Elish, Virginia Dellorso and Betty Sanders.
There will be no public visitation and services are private. Arrangements are entrusted to Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services, LTD, 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, Phillip L. Sollon, supervisor, 724-746-1000.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorials to the American Cancer Society or Washington Area Humane Society in Glady’s name.
