Billie Jo Balazick
Billie Jo Balazick was a caring daughter, wife, mother, nana, sister, and friend. Her battle with serious medical issues in recent years showed her courage in facing life’s challenges with a smile. She was a warrior up until the very end, and gained her wings Thursday, September 16, 2021, at the age of 61.
Billie is survived by her husband, Joseph Balazick of Amity; and two children, Leah (Adam) Bialowas of Amity and Brian (Kayla) Balazick of Jefferson; and four grandchildren Mason, Cooper, Malina and Bain.
Billie touched the hearts of everyone who had the opportunity to meet her and was loved by all. She was the most beautiful soul inside and out. She enjoyed spending time on the pickleball court with her friends and loved summer trips to the beach. But her greatest pride and joy were her four beautiful grandchildren, who she absolutely adored and spent most of her time with.
A Celebration of Life Ceremony for family and friends will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, October 10, at Valley View Farm, 102 Orndoff Road, Waynesburg.
