William J. Sapp

William J. Sapp, 52, of Bentleyville, passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2021, in his home.

He was born November 19, 1968, in Monongahela, a son of the late William Sapp, and Alma Mcelwee, who survives.

Mr. Sapp was employed as a mechanic at Trucks Unlimited in Bentleyville.

He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

On May 16, 1992, he married Dawn Lorenz Sapp, who survives.

Surviving, in addition to his wife and mother, are three children, Samantha Lorenz of Richeyville, Travis Sapp and Cassandra Sapp, both of Bentleyville; eight grandchildren, Sierra, Serena, Savanna, Sofia and Wyatt Fordyce, Nina McCabe, Natalie Sapp and Antonio Santorio; several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are a grandson, Axel Raymond; and two siblings, Joseph Sapp and Diana Burgan.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 22, in the Christian Assembly of God Church, 100 Meadow Drive, Bentleyville, with Pastor Matt Openbrier officiating.
