With deep sadness we acknowledge the passing of Terry L. Sebben, 60, of Monongahela, at home on Sunday, April 17, 2022. She was born on June 30, 1961 in Elizabeth, a daughter of the late Joseph and Sally Berich Sebben.

After her graduation from Elizabeth Forward High School, Terry earned her Masters of Science degree from Case Western University in biometry, software engineering and statistics, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Administration and Management, from Chatham College.

She was employed at the University of Pittsburgh, Western Psych, Brickmont Engineering, Total Logical Solutions, Atlas Energy, and CMU Supercomputing Center, and was Senior VP at Strategic Energy Corp. Most recently she was the IT consultant for the City of Monongahela. Terry was brilliant and talented in so many fields. She enjoyed sewing, dancing, music, reading, flowers, animals and nature.

Terry was one of those rare individuals who had the ability to converse with everyone, from all walks of life, and treat them all equally. In addition to her education and the many degrees she earned, Terry, in her retirement, opened an instantly successful small business in Monongahela. MAIN STREET GYPSY, was an immediate asset to the community, bringing a whole new, unique, category of shopper here. She had the idea and was the force behind the first “Dancing With the Stars,” a very successful fundraiser to benefit the Monongahela Chamber of Commerce.

Terry served as President of Aquatorium Innovations. As such she promoted the Witch Fest that drew over 6,000 people, from 13 states to our town. She was also one of the founding volunteers and reasons for 13 successful seasons of “Rockin’ on The Mon” Concerts.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 25 years, Jim Marinacci, whom she married February 14, 1997; beloved brother, Mark Sebben (Mary Kay Pylant) of Forward Township; Lori, and Lisa (Jeremy); daughters of her husband Jim, and their children, Henry and Annabelle; her two dobergirls, Opal and Onyx, that she loved dearly.

Terry will remain forever with us in spirit.

Friends will be received in the Marshall Marra Funeral Home, 216 Chess Street, Monongahela 724-258-6767, from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20, where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday at with Rev. Jude Urso officiating.

Interment will follow in Monongahela Cemetery.
