Wilda I. Spiker Browell
Wilda I. Spiker Browell, 85, of Washington, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday, April 18, 2022.
Born on February 12, 1937, in Lonaconing, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Sara “Maw” and Henry “Jake” Spiker.
Beloved wife of 65 years, to the late James A. Browell Jr.; loving mother of Charles “Buster” (Debra) Browell, James A. (Robin) Browell III, Carl “Jake” (Gianna) Browell and Sally Browell; cherished grandmother of Suzanne (Steven) Munshaw, Dr. Michelle Heldreth, Holly (Matthew) Demski, Dr. Christa (Dan) Laurence, Laura (Jimmy) Williams, Kayla Browell, Jessica Bedilion, and Joshua (Rebecca) Bedilion; 13 great grandchildren; dear sister of Dave Spiker, Gene Spiker and the late Carl Spiker and Melissa Andrews; Also survived by her beloved cat Tweedle Dee; and many nieces and nephews.
Wilda loved cooking, quilting and sewing. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her.
