Denise Pierce Wilson
Denise Pierce Wilson, 52, of Burgettstown, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 17, 2022.
She was born on January 24, 1970, daughter of Russell and Jenny Pierce. Denise graduated from Burgettstown High School in 1988.
On August 15, 1998, she married Stewart Wilson Jr. and for several years she was a stay-at-home mom until she started her career at Krogers in Weirton W.Va..
Denise enjoyed spending time with family and friends, riding SxS, vacationing at Myrtle Beach, drinking coffee, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. She loved her wiener dog “Rufus” and cats.
Denise was a loving and caring person to everyone, always thinking of others before herself. She was always handing out advice and being the shoulder to lean on for those that needed it.
In addition to her husband and parents, Denise is survived by her daughters, Kelsey (Matt) Whetsell, Alison Wilson, and Hanna Wilson, all of Burgettstown; sisters, Karen (Joe) Huber of Slovan and Michele Pierce (Mike Fetty) of Weirton W.Va.; grandchildren, Bocephus and Gracelyn; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life for Denise will be held at a later date.
