Joseph D. Topka of Ross Township, died on Thursday, April 21, 2022.

Born September 29, 1946, in Canonsburg, son of the late Joseph and Sandra Topka, beloved husband, of 34 years, to Christine Budziszewski Topka, loving father of Joseph M. Topka (Amanda), brother of Kathy Welch (John), brother-in-law of Daniel Budziszewski (Lynn) and Ronald J. Budziszewski (Diane), proud grandfather of Carter, Chloe and Jemma. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Friends received from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, at Devlin Funeral Home Inc., 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills.

Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish, St. Sebastian Church, at 10 a.m. Monday.

In lieu of flowers, make memorial contributions to Washington Area Humane Society.
