Margaret Ferea
Margaret Ferea, 98, of Fredericktown, died Friday, April 22, 2022.
She was born April 1, 1924, in Brownsville, a daughter of the late Sinibaldo and Cora Cremenes Zappone.
Margaret was a homemaker and lived most of her life in Fredericktown.
On August 21, 1951, she married Ikey Ferea, who died July 11, 1996.
Surviving are three children, Cora Kim (Joe) Frischmann of San Diego, Calif., Michele (Ted) Rafferty of Fredericktown, Bruce Ferea of Fredericktown; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Deceased, in addition to her husband, are two sons, Sylvio Ferea and James Ferea; nine brothers, Roy, Russell, Carl, Frank, Domenick, James, Joe, Chuck and George Zappone; six sisters, Virginia Ohler, Carmella Bainbridge, Stella Dikun, Mary Ohler, Pearl Palone, and a sister in infancy.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 25, in the Behm Funeral Home, 1477 Jefferson Road, Jefferson, PA 15344, Gregory P. Rohanna, supervisor, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 26, with Pastor Jeff Marton officiating. Interment will follow in Hewitt Cemetery, Rices Landing.
