William “Bill” Burns Blayney, 58, of Clarksville died Sunday December 4, 2022 in his home.

He was born May 26, 1964 son of the late William Blayney and Caroline Magers Blayney.

He was a 1982 graduate of Trinity High School. Bill worked for Nassar Tree Service in Canonsburg before owning and operating Billy Jack’s Tree Service for over 20 years. He was a member of Local 3 Ironworkers where he has worked for the last 22 years. Mr. Blayney was a hard worker and would do anything to provide for his family. He enjoyed riding his Harley, fishing, being outdoors, taking his dogs, Gizmo and Princess for rides, and spending time with family.

He is survived by longtime fiance and mother of his children Kerry Ann Fiem of Clarksville; daughter, Jacklyn Elizabeth Blayney; and son, Billy Blayney; stepson, Steven Jacob Fiem; brother, Jeff Blayney of Florida, two sisters, Colleen Blayney Dzurino (Bob) of Florida, Cindy Fish (Al) of Washington, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the Nichol Funeral Home, 187 East Maiden Street, Washington. Private funeral service and Interment will be held on Friday. An online guestbook may be signed at www.nicholfuneralhome.com
