Nancy Whitlatch Winters
Nancy Whitlatch Winters, 78, of Monongahela passed away quietly in her sleep on Wednesday, November 30, at her place of residence in Jefferson Hills, PA.
She was an elementary school teacher in the Burgettstown Area School District, mainly at the Atlasburg and Hanover elementary building, from 1965 till her retirement in 1997. She was excellent at her profession and highly regarded by both her students and co-workers. Nancy was a kind and caring lady who will be missed by her family and friends.
