Jacob Lapcevic
Jacob Lapcevic, 40, formerly of Eighty Four, passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2022, in Tampa, Florida.
He was born August 17, 1981, the son of Rhonda Elam Young (Dave) and Tony Elston (Carol).
He attended Bentworth High School where he excelled in football, basketball, and baseball.
Jacob leaves behind three beloved children, Gavin Lapcevic of Findlay, Ohio, Alexis Lapcevic and Olivia Lapcevic of Eighty Four.
Jacob was an avid sports lover who was Pittsburgh to the core. He played all sports growing up, never afraid to face a new challenge.
He was an avid dancer who would always get you out of your shell. His unmatched sense of style and salesmanship convinced you he was always on the forefront. He was quick on his feet literally and metaphorically. He possessed a talent to make you feel welcomed in all settings, allowing you to never wipe your grin.
In addition to his parents and children, Jacob is survived by his sister, Danielle Anderson (Bryan); and his brother, Samuel Lapcevic; two nephews, Noah and Nolan Anderson; aunts, uncles, as well as numerous cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Danny and Mazie Elam; and his cousin, David Elam.
Family and friends will be welcomed from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Greenlee’s Bentleyville Funeral Home, 619 Main Street, Bentleyville, PA, 15314.
Following the visitation friends and family are welcome to gather at the Cokeburg Moose Social Hall (Upstairs) for refreshments.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lapcevic Memorial Fund in care of Greenlee’s Funeral Home.
