Jeffrey A. Frank, 55, of Scenery Hill, died Wednesday, January 5, 2022, in the Washington Hospital.

He was born August 9, 1966, in Washington, a son of the late Richard and Judy Hill Frank.

Jeff was a 1984 graduate of California Area High School, and had been the owner-operator of J & J Asphalt, J & J Line Striping and Dr. Gas pump, a gas pump restoration services for 30 years.

He enjoyed traveling, working on and restoring classic ford cars, collecting gas and oil memorabilia, flea markets, swap meets, fishing, camping and most of all the “little things” in life.

On May 28, 1994 he married Katy Burke Frank, who survives.

Also surviving is a son, Jeffrey Ethan Frank, of Scenery Hill; two daughters, Emily Frank (Daniel Saunders), of Lone Pine, Abigail Frank, of Scenery Hill, two sisters, Lorraine Shrader (James), of Fallowfield Township, Jodie Frank, of Youngstown, Ohio; two brothers, James Strope, of Bentleyville, Randy Frank of Daisytown; a foster mom, Elizabeth Wallace, of Minford, Ohio; a foster brother, Jim Burge, of Fredericktown, Ohio; a foster sister, Amy Legg, of Orient, Ohio; and one granddaughter, Amelia Saunders; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends were received from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and will be received from 2 to 4 p.m., the hour of services, on Saturday, January 8, 2022, in John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, 2830 Main St., Beallsville, with James Shrader officiating. Interment will be private.
