Eugene Raymond Rogozinski
Eugene Raymond Rogozinski, 85, of Deemston, died Saturday, January 8, 2022, in Waynesburg Health and Rehabilitation.
Eugene was born February 25, 1936, in Clarksville, a son of the late Frank V. and Olive Greenawalt Rogozinski.
He is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Rogozinski of Washington; granddaughters, Sierra Rogozinski, Ashley Rogozinski; grandson, Eugene Rogozinski (wife, Alexa); eight great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Wilda Dickey, Eldora Lindner and Alda Little.
Deceased are his wife, Helen Pataki Rogozinski; and two children, Eugene S. and Michelle. Also deceased are seven siblings, Frank Martin, Lawrence and James Rogozinski, Rose Edgar, Hester Efaw, Edith Kelly and Marcella Hunter.
Eugene had lived formerly in the Marianna-Deemston area. He had been a coal miner, truck driver and had a clamming business in North Carolina.
He was a storyteller to his beloved family and friends. His pastimes were hunting, fishing and wood carving.
Eugene was a Roman Catholic.

Family and friends will be received from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, January 12, in the Paul M. Lesako Funeral Home, 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels, 724-966-5100.
A prayer service will be held at 3 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
