Lily Jade Vu Kochanski, of Walnut Creek, Calif., suddenly lost her life on Wednesday, January 12, 2022. She was 35 years old.

She was the cherished wife of Eric, and dedicated mother to Liam and Leighton. Family was the number one priority to Lily.

She grew up in Clovis, Calif., and was a graduate of Clovis East. She worked as an Esthetician prior to becoming a full time mom. This is where she found her true calling. She had a gift of creating memorable experiences for her children, from hosting themed holidays, to celebrating birthdays with a bang.

Lily was unselfish to a fault. She always prioritized others before herself, and most importantly, she prioritized her family. At the forefront, shaping and teaching her two beautiful children and being the rock to her husband and loved ones.

Lily is also survived by her parents, Penni and Kevin Vu; brothers, Eddie, Brandon, and Nathan; sister, Tiffany; and in-laws, Mark and Lorna Turon, and James Kochanski.

Lily was magnetic, where people were drawn to her fun-loving personality and overly gratuitous nature. She will be remembered by many friends that will miss her affectionate ways.

While Lily’s family is grieving her loss, they are choosing to remember in a way that honors the way she led her life. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Lily’s name to Eat. Learn. Play.. Eat. Learn. Play. is commited to unlocking the amazing potential of every child by focusing on the three vital pillars of a healthy childhood: nutrition, education, and physical activity.

Visitation will be from 12 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, January 29, 2022. A funeral service will follow at 6 p.m., light food and refreshments to celebrate this beautiful woman will follow the service, in the Bankers Ballroom, Pacific Southwest Building, 1060 Fulton Street, Suite 300, Fresno, CA 93721.
