May Ahwesh
May Ahwesh passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2022.
May had worked at the Meadows Racetrack and for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She had been active in the Meals on Wheels program for many years. May, with her sister Ruth, lived their faith through service and thru tireless efforts devoted to their Churches.
Beloved aunt to Ellen, Elaine (Frank), Jean, Sally (Russell), Mary Beth (Borroni), Michael, Lynn (Thieblemont), David, Michael, Peggy and Phil. May had 19 grand nieces and nephews who were all precious to her as well as several great-grand nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were all of her siblings; Mageed, Phil, Ruth, Norman, Sam, David, Gracie and John.
Contributions may be sent to the Canonsburg-Houston Area Meals on Wheels program, Canonsburg UP Church or the Chartiers Hill UP Church.
Arrangements are in the care of Mario L. DeAngelo Funeral Home in Canonsburg. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at the Canonsburg UP Church on June 18 at 11a.m. A reception will be held immediately afterwards at the church. Friends are invited to attend.
