Shirley Arlene Hoffman Lowe
Shirley Arlene Hoffman Lowe of McMurray passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2022.
Shirley was born May 21, 1931 in Clairton, to Robert James Lloyd and Mabel Gertrude Hoffman. She married her high school sweetheart, W. Reid Lowe on August 13, 1954. Shirley was a graduate of Slippery Rock State Teachers College.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years; her two daughters, Sherrill Lowe Wilson of Crossville, Tenn, and Nancy Lowe (Zoran) Kostrevski of Columbus, Ohio; grandchildren, Nikolina Lowe (Maxwell) Stonis of Ypsilanti, Mich., and Alexander Lloyd (fiancee Kelly Beazel) Kostrevski of Toledo, Ohio; and beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
Reid and Shirley lived in Peters Township from 1959 to present. Shirley was a long time member of Peters Creek Presbyterian Church.
Arrangements by BEINHAUERS. Friends are welcome 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, JUne 19, at 2828 Washington Road, McMurray, 724-941-3211.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, at the funeral home. A private interment will be held at Brush Run Cemetery, McMurray.
