Mabel A. Hull

Mabel A. Hull, 78, of Prosperity, died Tuesday, June 21, 2022, in Premier Healthcare of Washington.

She was born October 8, 1943, in Washington, the daughter of the late Russell and Sylvia Polen Ford.

Mabel was a member of Bethel Presbyterian Church, where she was a very active member before the death of her husband.

She was 1962 graduate of Trinity High School.

Mabel was a full time wife and mother. She was known for babysitting kids of friends and neighbors, and she enjoyed collecting a plethora of items.

On October 3, 1964, in Washington, she married the love of her life, Roger A. Hull Sr., who died October 29, 2018.

Surviving are two sons, Roger A. (JoAnn) Hull Jr., of Washington, and Robert P. (Maria) Hull, of Waynesburg; a brother, David (Cathy) Ford, of Rockville, Ind.; four grandchildren, Roger A. (Alexa) Hull III, Damian, Joseph, and Cheyenne Hull; two great-grandchildren, Reed and Ryder Hull; a sister-in-law, Susan Ford; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Deceased, in addition to her parents and husband, is a brother, Russell Ford.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the time of service, on Monday, June 27, 2022 in the Piatt and Barnhill Funeral Home, 420 Locust Avenue, Washington. Entombment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you include a little extra in the offering plate on Sunday in Mabel’s memory.
