Gaylord Duane Knisely
Gaylord “Duane” Knisley, 64 of Millsboro, Pa., passed away Thursday, June 23, 2022 in Brownsville, Pa.
He was born March 1, 1958 in Brownsville, a son of the late Gaylord Allen and Mary Alice Swabey Knisely.
Mr. Knisely was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Fredericktown.
Gaylord loved cutting grass and he loved his motorcycle. He enjoyed helping people as much as he could.
Surviving is his daughter, Amanda Knisely of Fredericktown; one granddaughter, Sara Sellers of Fredericktown; three sisters, Mildred Knisely, Linda Knisley Bohna (George Dickinson) and Lilly Knisely; sister and brother-in-law, Andrea and Jack Hess; his dog, Dinky; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Deceased in addition to his parents, is his life long companion, Marla Wargo; a brother, Kevin Knisely, and his dog, Fred “Bubba”.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 in the Greenlee’s Fredericktown Funeral Home Ltd., 42 Bank Street, at Crawford Road, Fredericktown. Prayers will be offered at 8 p.m. with Ron Phillips officiating.
