Lenora A. Phillips, 93, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022, at home surrounded by her loved ones.

“Norie” was born on February 15, 1929, in Washington. She was the daughter of the late Helen Marie VanKirk Anderson.

Norie is preceded in death by her late husband, Kenneth M. Phillips; her sisters, Thelma Patterson, Lois Cooper, Rita Wilson, and Doris Dick.

Norie retired from Bell Telephone and Superior Valve Company.

Norie lived a long beautiful life and shared many great times with her niece and close friend, Carol Andrews. She spent her last year living with her loving niece, Troye; nephew, Sam and his wife LouAnn, and their children Rachel and Seth; nephew, Jake and his wife Lynn; and her great-niece, Brittany; and great-nephew, Jacob, who surrounded her with love and support everyday.

Norie will be greatly missed by her many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., the hour of services, Thursday, in the Piatt and Barnhill Funeral Home, 420 Locust Avenue, Washington, with Pastor Laura Ann Saffell officiating. Interment will be private.
