Patrick Hedges Futrell
Patrick Hedges Futrell, 68, of Washington, formerly of Martinsburg, W.Va., passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2022.
Born May 18, 1953, in Oceanside, Calif., he was a son of the late Herman Carlston Futrell Jr. and Mary Anne Rodgers Futrell.
He was the beloved husband of Jacklyn Futrell; loving father of Joshua A. (Jessica) Futrell and Jason M.K. (Selina) Futrell; Pappap of Makenna Futrell and Coraline Futrell; dear brother of Paul C. Futrell, Nathaniel W. Futrell, Michael L. Futrell; along with many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Laurie Anne Futrell.
Patrick enjoyed fishing and scouting. He was a devout church member and served as the executive director of the Washington City Mission from 1996-2005 and as a juvenile probation officer for the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.
