Patricia Lee Mansfield, 79, of Prosperity, died Tuesday, May 3, 2022, in the Washington Hospital.

She was born November 26, 1942, in Washington, a daughter of the late James and Lucy Phillips Beck.

Patricia was a Christian by faith.

She was a 1960 graduate of Trinity High School.

Patricia was a full-time wife and mother for the majority of her life. When she wasn’t tending to her family, she enjoyed needle point and, in her later years, puzzles on her Kindle.

On January 28, 1961, in Washington, she married the love her life, William R. Mansfield Sr., who survives.

Also surviving are a son, William R. Mansfield Jr. of Prosperity; a daughter, Tracey L. Mansfield of Washington; four grandchildren, Destiny Herceg, and Ashlee, Emilee and Craig Mansfield; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the time of service, Friday, May 6, in Piatt and Barnhill Funeral Home, 420 Locust Avenue, Washington. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
