Marion Bolin
It is with great sadness that we announce that on Saturday, May 7, 2022, Marion “Gutch” Bolin pulled his final “Gutch” and suddenly left us.
He was born on April 14, 1963. Son of the late Thomas and Mary Bolin of Denbo.
Gutch resided in Fredericktown, with his fiancee Renea Grimes.
He was the loving father of Amanda (Lee) Taylor of Brownsville, and Erik (Aleycia) Bolin of Fredericktown; grandfather of Lilly Taylor, Jovi Taylor, Kenzlee Taylor, Evan Bolin and Baby Bolin (Nov. 2022).
Gutch loved spending time with his family, cooking chickens, sitting by the fire, spending weekends on the river boating, going on long bike / quad rides with his son, nephew and friends. You would even find him riding around the compound with Evan and his great-nephews, Teddy and Liam. Gutch was the master “foreman” of all projects on the compound. He had a way to start a project, recruit help and then sit back giving instructions to all.
He will be greatly missed by his brothers, John (Patricia) Bolin of Spring Hill, Fla.; Robert (Vicki) Bolin of Washington State; sisters-in-law, Brenda Bolin of Washington, Barbara Bolin Ricciuti of Brownsville, Tina DiBiaso of Canonsburg, Angela (David) Stay of Fredericktown; nephew / nieces, Mercedes Bolin, Adrianne Bolin Wilson, Bill (Glynis) Bolin, Mike (Linda) Bolin, Georgianna (Rex) Sanders, Bobby Bolin, Dan (Brandee) Bolin, Chris (Lyndsay) Bolin, Todd (Anna Marie) Bolin, Keith Bolin, Ted (Becca) DiBiaso, Matt (Amy) Stay, Chris (Carli) Stay, his buddy Jason Stay; and many great-nieces / nephews.
He is now in the company of not only his parents; but with his brothers, Thomas (Bunny) and William (Billy) Bolin; mother-in-law, Bea Lozosky; and nephew, Larry DiBiaso.
Family and Friends are welcome from 2 to 7 p.m. Thursday, May 12, in the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, 2830 Main Street, Beallsville, Pa.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to the Owls Club, P.O. Box 457, Fredericktown, Pa 15333 – Attn: Marion “Gutch” Bolin Memorial Scholarship.
