Ross W. Haney
Ross W. Haney, of Eighty-Four, went to be with his Lord Wednesday, May 7, 2022, in his home, of natural causes. He was born March 6, 1946, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Robert G. Haney of Pittsburgh and the late Rita Haney of New Castle.
Ross was a 1965 graduate of Monongahela High School. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a survivor of the Vietnam War.
On October 10, 1969, he married his beloved wife of 53 years, Carolyn Hudson, who survives.
Ross was an avid lover of cars, blessed many with his talented voice, and was a beloved member of Crossroads Ministries of Finleyville. Above all he loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and devoted his life to loving and caring for his wife, children and grandchildren.
Also surviving are his sons, Wade W. (Aimee) Haney of Rostraver Township, and Chad A. Haney of Cannonsburg; his daughter Tammy L. (Steve) Arnold of Atlanta, Ga.; two brothers, Kevin (Dawn) Haney and George Haney; and grandchildren, Alex Haney, Dylan Haney, Jake Haney, Jenna Arnold, Jessa Haney and Caden Arnold; as well as aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Patty Haney.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 10, in Beinhauer Family Funeral Home, 2828 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, (724) 941-3211. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 11, in Crossroads Ministries, 81 Walter Long Road, Finleyville, PA 15332. Interment will follow in Chartiers Cemetery in Carnegie.
