Lila Lee Cumer
Lila Lee “Tite” Cumer, 80, of Washington, passed away peacefully Thursday, May 19, 2022 in her home, following an extended illness.
She was born February 10, 1942 in Washington, a daughter of the late Robert H. and Lil Karam Ewing. Tite lived most of her life in the Washington area and was a graduate of Washington High School.
She had been employed at Kmart for 34 years and prior to her retirement had been a much-loved employee of Sam’s Club.
Lila enjoyed yard sales, shopping and most of all, time with her family.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her children: Jeffrey Lyn (Mary) Cumer of Canonsburg; daughters, Lisa Marie (Tracy) Kovatch of Washington and Lori Ann Cumer of Donora; and her brothers, Robert H. (Marie) Ewing of Washington and William (Kimberly) of Montgomery, Texas; a sister, Helen Lacock of Hapeville Ga.; six grandchildren: Zack and Tony Boyed, Ashley (David) Kozak, Tyler and Christopher Cregut and Scott Sturnagel; three great-grandchildren: Malcom Boyd, Brooklyn Kozak and Isabell Cregut; and several nieces and nephews,
Friends and family are welcome from 2 until 6 p.m. Sunday, May 22, 2022 in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra LFD owner / supervisor, 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg, 724-745-8120, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, May 23, 2022. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
