Rose Marie Strogish Whitco, 78, of Moncks Corner, S.C., formerly of Washington, a retired circulation office manager for the Washington Observer-Reporter, died Saturday afternoon in her residence.
Friends and family are invited to a Panahida at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, with visitation from 3 until 7 p.m., in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where a Parastas service will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 1, 2022, with Father Joseph Raptosh as Celebrant. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
