Lynne Ann Nelson Morrell
Lynne Ann Nelson Morrell, 57, of Scenery Hill, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2022.
She was born on September 14, 1965, in Washington, a daughter of Walter “Bud” Nelson and the late Janice Nelson.
Lynne was Catholic by faith.
A graduate of Washington High School, Lynne went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Political Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
She was working at Walmart in Washington.
Lynne loved her animals, but the greatest joy in her life was her children, whom she spent time with on beach vacations and many trips to zoos in the tri state area.
Surviving are a son, Mackenzie Davide; two daughters, Makalia Hart and Makenna Jorgieanne, all of Scenery Hill; a brother, Walter “Bill” (Tiffany) Nelson; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her mother, Lynne was preceded in death by her infant son, Kaleb Michael.
Friends and family will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m., on Friday, November 4, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, where a blessing service and committal service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, November 5.
Burial will follow in Woodruff Memorial Park, Canonsburg.
