Rose Marie Orndoff Durbin
Rose Marie Orndoff Durbin, 59, of Waynesburg, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at home.
Born December 10, 1962, in Aliquippa, a daughter to the late Margaret Allshouse and George Orndoff, who survives.
Rose was married to George Durbin before his passing in 2003. She was a resident of Greene County for most of her life.
Rose was a Nurses Aide for 15 years before retiring from her job with Hillsview Nursing Home in 2005.
She enjoyed playing guitar, listening to music, watching the Grand Ole Opry and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
In addition to her father, Rose is survived by her son, William (Dawn) Kuhn, of Pine Grove, W.Va.; brothers, Herman (Velma) Orndoff and Karl (Brenda) Orndoff, both of Waynesburg; grandchildren: Savannah, William, Adden, Ethan and Arionna Kuhn; great-grandchildren, Burklee Tharp and Hunter Sebulsky.
Rose is preceded in death by her mother; and brothers, Albert and Robert Orndoff.
Family and friends will be received from 11 to 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at Kesterson-Rush Funeral Home, LLC., 3275 W. Roy Furman Hwy., Rogersville, PA 15359; Telephone: 724-499-5181.
A funeral service will immediately follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home, with Pastor Cathy Carpenter officiating. Burial will take place at West Union Cemetery located in Morris Township.
