Christine Ann Arbogast
Christine Ann Arbogast, 70, of Washington, formerly of Canonsburg, passed away unexpectedly Friday, April 14, 2023, in UPMG Presbyterian Medical Center Pittsburgh. She was born January 17, 1953, in Canonsburg, a daughter of the late Josephine Moze Benney and had attended Canon-McMillan Senior High School.
Raised in Canonsburg, she had been a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church. Chris lived in Washington for the past 25 years and prior to her retirement had been employed as a nurse’s aide in various nursing facilities including Hixenbaugh’s and Kade Nursing Home.
She most enjoyed spending time with her large family, cooking, cleaning, and her chihuahua, Daisey and cat, Gouda.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her beloved children, Robert Benney, Heather Earlywine, Darren Partozoti, Robert Work (Jessica), Darcie Norman and husband Nathan, and Kevin Partozoti; her brother, Benjamin “Jimmy” Benney; many grand and great-grandchildren; three nieces and one nephew.
Friends and family are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra LFD, owner / supervisor, 304 West Pike Street, Canonsburg, 724-745-8120, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 20. Interment will follow in Oak Spring Cemetery, Canonsburg.
