Katherine T. Pihiou
Katherine T. Pihiou, 53, of Canonsburg, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 20, 2023, in Washington Hospital.
She was born on January 29, 1970, to Anthony and Katina Koupiaris Pihiou.
A lifelong resident of Canonsburg, she loved to make friends wherever she went. Katherine loved to dance, a gift she got from her father. She loved listening to music, especially Michael Jackson. She always wanted to listen to “Thriller.” She also enjoyed watching WWE and was a John Cena fan, always doing his signiture “you can’t see me.”
For many years, she attended ARC workshop and Pathways, where she made many friends, especially the staff.
She was a member of the All Saints Greek Orthodox Church, in Canonsburg.
Katherine is survived by her brother, Nicholas T. Pihiou, of Canonsburg.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Family and friends are welcome, from 3 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, and from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 26, 2023, in the All Saint’s Greek Orthodox Church, 601 W. McMurray Road, Canonsburg, PA, 15317. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, in the church, followed by burial in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
