Diana Lee Woods
Diana Lee Woods, 62, of Washington, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 13, 2023, with her family at her side. She was born on October 13, 1960, in Washington, a daughter of the late Lawrence “Bubba” Chandler and Wanda Dillard.
Mrs. Woods attended Washington High School and enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
On December 24, 1976, she married Lloyd E. Woods who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Dawn Dillard (Maurice) Mitchell of Washington and Christina Woods of Canonsburg; a brother, Ellsworth Dillard of Bentleyville; two sisters, Bobetta Dillard of Weirton, W.Va. and Patricia Dillard of Aliquippa; four grandchildren: Aaliyah Dillard, Lloyd Woods, Raekwon Dillard and Roxci Woods; and five great-grandchildren: Zaibyn, Kahria, Kah’Liyah, Zaiveri and Kaisyn Dates. A host of nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Jeannetta Woods; a brother, Neal Dillard; and a grandson, Verssan Crawford.
Friends will be received on from 2 until 6 p.m., the hour of a funeral service, on Thursday, August 17, 2023, in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at E. Katherine Avenue, Washington, S. Timothy Warco, Owner / Supervisor, S. Timothy Warco II, Director, Holly Renay Warco, Director, Park N. Crosier, Director. Pastor Melvin Hagan will officiate. Interment will be private.
