Robert S. Latta, 66, of Rices Landing, died Tuesday, January 24, 2023, in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va.

He was born January 28, 1956, in Waynesburg, a son of the late Robert D. and Ann Ellenberger Latta.

Bob was a 1975 graduate of Jefferson-Morgan High School.

He owned and operated Puffy’s Sports Bar in Clarksville.

Bob was a life member of the Rices Landing Athletic Club, a member of the National GTO Club. He was a member of the Jefferson-Morgan High School championship teams of 1974 and 1975, and recognized in the Western PA Football Hall of Fame with those teams.

Surviving is a sister, Rose Ann Latta, of Orlando, Fla.
