He graduated from Bethlehem Catholic High School in 1960 and proudly served in the U.S. Navy for six years.

Frank was known for his quick-witted humor and was always willing to help a friend in need. He loved his children and grandchildren fiercely.
Frank was a devoted follower of Christ and regularly attended Mass at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Farragut, Tenn.
He enjoyed spending time with his friends and especially his Monday senior bowling league team, “The Senior Moments.”
Frank was a “rabid” Philadelphia sports fan never missing a Phillies or Eagles game.
