Lois A. Roach
Lois A. Roach, 87, of McMurray, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 2, 2023.
Born on October 4, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Nellie and Charles Addis.
Beloved wife of the late Robert Roach; loving mother of Dale (Sherri) Jones, Ken (Cindy) Jones, Steve (Kathy) Jones, Dave Jones, and Dean (Amy) Jones; cherished grandmother of nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; and dear sister of Betty (the late Bill) Ennis, Carolyn (the late Louis) Lepro, and the late Charles (Surviving Margaret) Addis Jr. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Lois was a longtime member of Wrights United Methodist Church in Venetia, where she sang in the choir and was a communion steward. She always went to church early on Sundays to prepare for communion. She was an active parent of the Royal Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps. Lois was an avid hockey fan.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2023, with a service following at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, 724-260-5546.
