Frank R. Kozleuchar, Sr.
Frank R. Kozleuchar, Sr., 77, of Finleyville, died Monday, February 13, 2023, in his home.
He was born June 2, 1945, in Canonsburg, a son of the late Frank and Mary Greyhosky Kozleuchar.
Frank was retired from PA American Water in Bethel Park, where he worked as a heavy equipment operator for 39 years.
He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church and the American Legion Post 613, both in Finleyville. He enjoyed trips to his cabin, kayaking and spending time with his grandchildren.
Surviving are his wife, Linda Bores Kozleuchar; son, Frank (Megan) Kozleuchar, Jr. of Peters Township; daughter, Lori (Mike) Slifko of Collier Township; four grandchildren, Joseph and George Slifko, and Hadley and Frank Kozleuchar III; brother-in-law, Joseph (Jody) Bores III; and nieces, Jacqui and Julianna.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, February 16, in Kegel Funeral Home, Inc., David P. Kegel, supervisor, 3560 Washington Avenue, Finleyville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, February 17, in St. Francis of Assisi Church (St. John XXIII Parish), 3609 Washington Avenue, Finleyville. Everyone please meet at church. Interment will follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery, McMurray.
