Shirley Marie Gibson
Shirley Marie Gibson, 85, of Bulger, passed on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.
She was born January 19, 1938, in Oakdale, a daughter of Walter F. and Mary Hribar Partin.
Mrs. Gibson was a graduate of West Allegheny High School. She loved reading, playing bingo and pinochle.
On September 15, 1961, she married Walter H. Gibson, who passed February 22, 2022.
Surviving are: two daughters, Helen Gibson, of Weirton, W.Va., and Jannell (Ralph) Rance of McDonald; four sisters, Betty Partin, of Oakdale, Virginia Manius, of Oakdale, Gertrude Hlavay of Oakdale and Dolores Abner of Oakdale; two brothers, Clifford Partin of Oakdale, and Walter Partin of Michigan; two grandchildren, Danielle and Jonathan Rance.
Deceased are two brothers, Eugene and Robert Partin.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, at Nation Funeral Home Inc., 220 E. Lincoln Avenue, McDonald, PA 15057, where a Blessing Service will take place at 11 a.m. on Friday, February 24, 2023. Interment will follow in Oakdale Cemetery.
