Barbara A. Moore
Barbara A. Moore, 89, of Eighty Four, died Monday, January 16, 2023, in her home.
She was born September 6, 1933, in Washington County, a daughter of the late James H. and Alice Baggus Grimm.
She enjoyed baking, gardening, and spending time with her family.
Mrs. Moore was a member of Emmanuel United Presbyterian Church, Eighty Four.
On April 13, 1952, she married John “Jack” Moore, who died August 30, 2013.
Surviving are three grandchildren, Thaddeus (Katie) Magyar of Washington, Nicole Magyar and Christopher (Halie) Magyar, both of Eighty Four; along with four great-grandchildren, Alice Magyar, Avery Magyar and Jack Magyar of Washington, Ryder Magyar of Eighty Four; brother, Charles (Betty) Grimm of Sheffield Village, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews.
Deceased is a daughter, Alice Magyar; son-in-law, Jack Magyar; 11 brothers and sisters. She also leaves behind her beloved dog, Lily.
Friends will be received from 12 to 3 p.m. Sunday, January 22, in Greenlee’s Bentleyville Funeral Home, 619 Main Street, Bentleyville, PA 15314, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, January 23, with Pastor Fran Skariot officiating. Interment will follow in Washington Cemetery.
