Carole Ann Strope
Carole Ann “Bunny” Strope, 80, passed away Sunday, January 8, 2023, in Celebration Villa of Lakemont Farms, after battling a lengthy illness.
She was born September 25, 1942, in Wheeling, W.Va., a daughter of the late Valentine and Margaret Zebrasky.
Carole worked for John J. Kane Regional Center, helping run the eye clinic as an ophthalmic technician.
She enjoyed gardening, reading, and watching TV police drama shows.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother who passed in infancy.
She is survived by her son, Erik (Donna) Strope of Burgettstown; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, January 21, in Young Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 23 Erie Mine Road, Burgettstown, PA 15021, (724) 947-2049.
