Frank A. Riggle
Frank A. Riggle, 75, passed away at his home on January 18, 2023, after several health issues.
He was born a son of the late John Lawrence and Viola Bogan Riggle.
He worked for Union Camp & International Paper until it closed in 2004. He worked a few more jobs until he retired.
He enjoyed everything outdoors, camping, hunting, fishing. He could always put a smile on your face. He had many friends, including Bill W. He loved animals and volunteered at Angel Ridge Animal Rescue for a while. He had a great love for his mother-in-law and she for him.
His wife, Cynthia Riggle, who he married on October 8, 1982, was the love of his life.
He is survived by two daughters, Kelley Riggle (Cole DeVillers) of Houston, Tex., Ashley Riggle of Avella; and a grandson, Deegan Matthew Georgetti.
Also surviving from a previous marriage are two daughters and grandchildren.
Deceased along with his parents are a brother, William Lawrence Riggle; a sister, Patricia Ann Palmer; and a daughter, Tracey Marlene Riggle.
Family and friends will be received 4 to 6 p.m., Thursday, January 26, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 26 at 6 p.m., in the funeral home.
