Barbara Louise Work Van Lehn
Barbara Louise Work Van Lehn, of McMurray, passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2023.
She was born July 20, 1950, to the late Ralph and Wilma Waltz Work, in Dennison, Ohio.
She moved to McMurray, in 1980, with her husband of 49 years, Walter “Jim” Van Lehn, who survives.
Barbara graduated from Claymont High School in 1968 and graduated with honors from Washington & Jefferson College, with a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature. She was employed 30 years at St. Clair Hospital in the Cardiac / Pulmonary Rehabilitation Center.
She is survived by one brother, John (Louise) Work, of Minerva, Ohio; one sister-in-law, Mary Jo (David) Blickensderfer, of Delaware, Ohio; nieces and nephews, Michael (Amy) Work, of Pittsburgh, Tracy (Donald) Joseph, of Davison, Mich., Matthew (Colleen) Blickensderfer of Springboro, Ohio, Beth (Greg) Hudson, of Delaware, Ohio, Mandy (Brandon) Andreasen, of Las Vegas, Nev. and Jenny (Ben) Weiss, of Charleston, S.C.; and 13 great-nieces and nephews.

Friends and Family are welcome at 2828 Washington Road, McMurray, 724-941-3211, from 2 to 8 p.m. on Friday, January 27, 2023. A Memorial Service will be held at Peace Lutheran Church, 107 Carol Drive, McMurray, PA 15317, at 11 a.m., on Saturday, January 28th. Interment will be held at a later date.
