Margaret R. Kuskie, 93, of Finleyville, died Monday, January 23, 2023, at home.

She was born August 2, 1929, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Phillip and Mary Derry Rodgers.

Margaret was a homemaker and member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Finleyville, where she was involved with the Christian Mothers and taught CCD for many years.

Surviving are: her son, Stephen (Kathryn) Kuskie of Whitehall; two daughters, Barbara (Russell) Defide of Monongahela and Jeanette (Vincent) Pale of Harmony; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Deceased are: her husband, Frederick Kuskie; granddaughter, Jaime Kuzyck; great-granddaughter, Caitlyn Papsan; three brothers and one sister.

Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, in Kegel Funeral Home, Inc., David P. Kegel, Supervisor, 3560 Washington Avenue, Finleyville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, in St. Francis of Assisi Church (St. John XXIII Parish), 3609 Washington Avenue, Finleyville. Interment will follow in Finleyville Cemetery.
