Penny D. Thomas
Penny D. Thomas, 75, of Washington, passed away Saturday, January 21, 2023, in Washington Hospital.
She was born July 19, 1947, in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Edward and Goldie Fern Thomas.
Washington Hospital employed her for 10 years until her retirement. She owned and operated TP Pub in Washington.
Surviving are her husband, William Lidey of Washington; two sisters, Aldine (Kenny) Duvall of Waynesburg, and Louise Kurtz of New York; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Deceased is a brother, Sonny Thomas.
At the request of the family, there will be no public visitation and all arrangements are private.
