James M. Trimarki
James M. Trimarki, 81, of Burgettstown, passed away Thursday morning, January 26, 2023, in St. Clair Hospital, Mt. Lebanon.
He was born August 3, 1941, in Slovan, a son of the late Carmelo and Antoinette Guiddy Trimarchi.
A graduate of Union High School in Burgettstown, he served in the United States Air Force Reserves 911th Tactical Airlift Group at the Greater Pittsburgh Airport as a sergeant. After being honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Force Reserves in 1972, he attended Youngstown State University.
He worked at a meat cutter for Bovalina’s in Slovan and retired from Testa Machine Shop, also in Slovan, where he was a machinist and drove a truck.
Mr. Trimarki was a parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Burgettstown and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Cherry Valley Sportsman’s and the Burgettstown Italian Club, where he played bocce. He enjoyed cooking, reading and visiting his grandchildren.
His wife, Debra Ann Kriznik Trimarki, whom he married June 5, 1981, passed away November 8, 2008.
He is survived by his children, Kyle Trimarki of Burgettstown, Jena Trimarki Schiff and husband Matt of Paris, and Sinclair Torrilhon and wife Sarah of Phoenix, Ariz.; five grandchildren, Maverick, Gage and Decker Schiff, and Roman and Vienna Torrilhon; brother, Dominic “Mickey” Trimarki of Cherry Valley; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Deceased, in addition to his parents and wife, are his sister, Marie Trimarki Pliska and husband Stanley “Doc”; and a sister-in-law, Donna Trimarki.
To honor Jim’s wishes, there will be no public visitation.
