Lois Jean McMillan
Lois Jean McMillan, 90, of Cecil, died January 24, 2023, in Hawthorne Woods.
She was born January 7, 1933, in Cecil Township, a daughter of the late Arthur and Louise Bonardi Beaumariage.
On April 25, 1953, she married the late Norman Robert McMillan.
She was a member of Venice Presbyterian Church, and enjoyed baking, sewing, BINGO and taking care of her family.
Surviving are her daughters, Karen (Joe) D’Orazio of Richmond, Va., Robin (Doug) Allen of Cecil Township, and Tina (Dave) Hathazy of Moon Township; her grandchildren, Joey (MaKenzie) D’Orazio of Richmond, Gina (Tyler) Budd of Sterling, Va., Robbie (Anna Catherine) D’Orazio of Richmond, Abigail Allen of Cecil Township, Jennifer Hathazy of Moon Township; and her great-grandchildren, Joey and Corbyn D’Orazio of Richmond. Also surviving are sister, Joanne Lander of Midway; and brothers, Arthur (Darlene) Beaumariage of Canonsburg, and Ken (Cathy) Beaumariage of Midway.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by sister and brother-in-law, Rose Marie and Joe Mrenak; and brother-in-law, Ben Lander.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m., the time of a funeral service, Sunday, January 29, in Coleman-Taylor Funeral Services, 3378 Millers Run Road (Rt. 50), Cecil.
Interment will be private.
The family would like to extend their thanks to the staff at Hawthorne Woods for the great care they provided over the past seven years. They would also like to acknowledge and thank the staff of Gateway Hospice for their support.
In lieu of flowers, the family requess donations be made to Venice Presbyterian Church or Gateway Hospice.
