Gloria A. Swan

Gloria A. Swan, 90, of Burgettstown; formerly of Brookline, was reunited with her beloved husband, Thomas, on Monday morning, June 5, 2023.

She was born on March 23, 1933, in McKeesport, a daughter of the late James and Emma Radburn Rodriguez.

After graduating from Duquesne University, she taught school at Resurrection Elementary in Brookline, and retired from Presbyterian Hospital, where she worked registration in the emergency room.

Mrs. Swan was a parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes Church, in Burgettstown, where she was a member of the Christian Mothers.

Her husband, Thomas Gregory Swan, preceded her in death just 30 days before her on April 25, 2023.

She is survived by her children: Thomas Swan, Jr., Vivian Seibel and husband, Bill Seibel and Steven Swan and wife, Angie Swan; many grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and her brother, James Rodriguez of California.

Deceased, in addition to her parents and husband, is a sister, Mary Lou Butler.

She will be laid to rest with her husband in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville.
