Robert “Bob” Chambers, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2023, with his wife, Barbara, by his side.

Bob was born August 3, 1930, in Malden, Mass., as son of the late Stewart and Ada Chambers of Canonsburg.

Bob was an avid golfer and bowler, having once bowled a perfect 300 game.

He loved driving his Lincoln Continental convertible to visit family members. Bob was a lifetime Steelers and Pirates fanatic. He also enjoyed reading.

He served his country as an Army Airborne paratrooper while stationed in Japan.

Bob worked as a mechanical engineer.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Barbara; two daughters, Katherine (Martin) Fabian, and Kristine (Mark) Murphy; five grandsons, Aidan and Caleb Fabian, and Steven, Daniel and Scott Teiberis; his sisters, Garnet McAfee, Alice (Clarence) Wright, and Lynda Rubis; his brothers, Gerald (Mary) Chambers; and many nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind sisters-in-law, Judy Medaglia, Noralee Chambers and Bonnie Chambers.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Stewart Chambers and Roger Chambers; his sisters, Barbara (Rudy) DeMarco, and Kathy Chambers; and brother- in-law, Don Medaglia.
