R. William “Billy” Howard, 68, of Waynesburg, died Friday, March 17, 2023.

He was born October 30, 1954, in Jefferson, a son of the late Antoon “Tony” and Elsie Katherine Temple Howard.

Bill was the owner and operator of Howard Contracting; and before that he worked at Howard Motors, John Howard CDJR and D&B Auto Sales.

On February 22, 1992, he married Donna Raciborski, who survives.

Also surviving are three daughters, Jennifer (Brad) Foringer of Waynesburg, Brandy (William) Chappel of Washington and Ashley (Ryan) Howard-Gallagher of Waynesburg; two grandchildren, Emerson and Peyton Foringer; five siblings: Paul (Kay) Howard of Waynesburg, Haddie (Marty) Doney of Waynesburg, Gloria (George) Keener of Waynesburg, Susie (Gerald) Davis of Jefferson and James (Sandy) Howard of Pitt Gas; and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are two brothers, John Howard and Gary Howard; two sisters, S. Joan Virgin and Mary Davis.

Friends will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, in the Behm Funeral Home, 182 W. High Street, Waynesburg, PA 15370.
