Mearn Melissa Collins, 79, of Venetia, formerly of Finleyville, passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 2, 2023.

She was born December 21, 1943, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late William Hardester and Mearn O’Neill.

She was the loving mother of Wendy Klima, Ed and Jim Collins; cherished grandmother of Taylor, Kelsey and Jordan Collins; sister of William Hardester of Avella. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Melissa enjoyed reading, watching the Food Network, and crocheting. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Private arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care.
