Frank was a certified Barber, and a former member and usher at Saint Patrick Church of Canonsburg. He was most recently a member of and usher at Saint John XXIII Parish, Saint Benedict the Abbot Church in McMurray.

He is survived by his loving sister, Claudine DiCio Femiani (the late Joseph P.); a nephew, Joseph A. He is preceded in death by his brother, Donato A. DiCio, who is survived by his wife, Mary Ann.

Some of Frank’s greatest pleasures were family gatherings and family reunions. He loved to sing the lyrics of old 50’s, 60’s and 70’s music, especially rock ‘n’ roll. Frank was very enthusiastic about his favorite holiday, the 4th of July. For 57 years, he drove either a mayor or celebrity in the Canonsburg 4th of July parade. He is affectionately remembered for his love of cars and waving to friends and neighbors from his front porch or driveway.

Frank lives happily ever after in heaven, and he will always live forever in our hearts.

Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, at the Beinhauer Funeral Home, 2828 Washington Road, McMurray, (724-941-3211).
