James A. Fonner
James A. “Jim” Fonner, 67, of Waynesburg, died Saturday, November 4, 2023, in J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va.
Jim was born May 13, 1956, in Waynesburg, a son of the late Charles Fonner and Dora Sapp Fonner.
